Founded by athletic directors for athletic directors, Fair Field Solutions, LLC was created to simplify Title IX compliance and strengthen decision-making in interscholastic athletics. We help schools gather, analyze, and interpret data to make confident, equitable choices that support every student-athlete. Through consulting, professional development, and annual assurance plans, Fair Field Solutions partners with districts to move from reactive to proactive in creating fair, compliant athletic programs.
